The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Exterior Door Repairs at Santa Ana Armory located at Santa Ana Armory, 612 East Warner Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92707. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform exterior door repairs at the Santa Ana Armory site per the Scope of Work. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to [email protected] with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 35660 - DO NOT OPEN. Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 5/29/2025, at 10:00 AM at Santa Ana Armory, 612 East Warner Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92707. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor license or D28 ¿ Doors, Gates, and Activating Devices, or subcontract to one.
