This is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and supervision to complete exterior rehabilitation of the Garage / Stables located at Eleanor Roosevelt National Historic Site, Hyde Park, NY. This will be solicited as an Invitation for Bid (IFB), set-aside for Hub Zone Concerns in accordance with FAR 19.1305. NAICS of this project is 238290 and standard size of business is $14.0 M. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This is a single competitive Firm Fixed Price procurement under Subpart 19.13-Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Program. Award will be made to the responsive responsible contractor providing the lowest price. Contractor awarded this contract will need to be listed on the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov and have a current active registration.
