The Westover Job Corps Center invites vendors to submit bids on the following service, for the remaining Contract period 5/1/15 through 2/29/16. Total Student Population is 437 students. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE: Subcontractor shall provide monthly pest control services. Schedule of Performance: Building-Day Care Center - insect and rodent treatment, control, and monitoring: To be treated once a month. Building #5906 Cafeteria and #5904 Culinary - insect and rodent treatment, control, and monitoring devices placed in strategic areas, common areas, & utility closets: To be treated twice a month. Building #5902 Harris, #5903 Singletary, and #5908 Walker - Insect and rodent treatment, control, and monitoring of devices placed in strategic areas, common areas, & utility closets: To be treated every other month. Building #5910 Education, Vocational, Logistics, #5905 Administration - Insect and rodent treatment, control, and monitoring of devices placed in strategic areas, common areas, & utility closets: To be treated once a month. Building #5902, 5903, 5904, 5905, 5906, 5908, 5909, 5910, and Day Care - Insect and rodent treatment, control, and monitoring of devices placed in strategic areas, common areas, & utility closets: To be treated during the July and December shut down and may be spit over a three to five day period. Pest control products should be environmentally friendly where possible. Bids must be received, either by FAX or E-MAIL by April 24, 2015 at 5:00 PM EST. The Westover Job Corps Center reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Small business and minorities are encouraged to reply. Vendors must provide Certificate of Insurance, W9, and confirmation of registration on SAMS.GOV.
