The US Army Medical Command, Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Fort Carson Health Contracting Cell is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify sources that have an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for Mobile Shockwave Therapy Service (Device and Operator) for William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), El Paso Texas and Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH), Fort Carson, Colorado. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this requirement is 532490, rental and leasing services.
The potential sources must be able to support both WBAMC and EACH, average monthly case load is 12-15 patients per military treatment facility for the FDA approved treatment of chronic plantar fasciitis and lateral epicondylitis.
