U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) anticipates contracting with Rockwell Collins 400 Collins Rd NE Cedar Rapids IA 52498-0505 to repair six Video Processor Modules in support of CAAS/CMS Life Cycle Support Contract. The proposed action is for a Firm Fixed Price and service for which the Government does not own specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1. Firms that feel they can provide this commodity or equal or service are encouraged to identify themselves. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal, however, the Government will consider all proposals received by the specified due date (in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)). A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition is solely within the discretion of the Government. The requirement will be released a non-commercial requirement under FAR Part 13.
