BLUE MESA MULE DEER HABITAT 2011 PROJECTThe Blue Mesa Mule Deer Habitat 2011 project consists of cutting down pinyon and juniper trees to maintain the long-term reduction in wildland fuel, improve wildlife habitat and improve landscape health in approximatley 600 acres at 7,200 feet elevation. This project is being coordinated with the Colorado Division of Wildlife and grazing permittee.
