All items are on north Prince of Wales Island in the Port Protection area. Prince of Wales Island is part of the Thorne Bay and Craig Ranger Districts, Tongass National Forest, Alaska. The approximate mileage from Thorne Bay to the project area is 90 miles. The performance period is 90 days. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps website on or about May 22, 2006 for viewing and printing. Potential offerors are requested to obtain the solicitation from the Internet if at all possible. Alternatively, a hard copy of the solicitation documents may be requested via fax at 907.228.6254.
