There will be a Pre-bid conference held on September 6,2007 at 9:00 AM located at the Wallowa Mountain Office, Wallowa Whitman National Forest, 88401 Hwy 82, Enterprise, Oregon 97828. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, inspections, and incidentals to perform stand density management through the process of cutting down trees by hand to meet the spacing requirements in the Mt. Howard project area. This project is located in lands administered by the Eagle Cap District ? Wallowa Mountains Office, Wallowa-Whitman National Forest. The Mt. Howard project is located approximately 11 miles southeast of Enterprise Oregon.
