This acquisition is announced nationwide as a competitive procurement for Oily Water (bulge) removal (over water) and disposal from Coast Guard vessels located at the U.S. Coast Guard Integrated Support Command (ISC), Coast Guard Island, Alameda, CA. The NAICS Code 562112, with a size standard of $10 million. The solicitation will be issued on or about 2 April 2004, with a planned closing date of 3 May 2004, no further notice will be made. The period of performance is planned for 01 June 2004 through 31 May 2005, with four (4) one year option periods from 01 June through 31 May of year thereafter.
