Furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, and materials, with the exception of Bureau of Land Management provided forms, to conduct a complete Properly Functioning Condition assessment on 55.27 miles of streams in the seven counties administered by the Bureau of Land Management's Billings Field Office. Work under this contract will be located on Bureau of Reclamation lands in the counties of Carbon, Yellowstone, Sweet Grass, Golden Valley, Wheatland, Musselshell, and Stillwater. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The contractor will have 105 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued to complete this project. This award is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Contractors receiving this award must be registered in Central Contractor Registration at www.ccr.gov. It is recommended that contractors complete their annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov.
