STONEHOUSE LOP AND SCATTER - ELY BLM The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Nevada State Office has a requirement for the manual lop & scatter fuels reduction treatment of approximately 5,466 acres of pinyon and/or juniper trees over 12 areas. The project is located in White Pine County, Nevada. Service Contract Labor Standards are applicable to this project and the appropriate Wage Determination will be included in the solicitation. The BLM will issue a Total Small Business Set-Aside competitive solicitation on/about September 3, 2020. The BLM anticipates issuing a single firm fixed price award from this solicitation. The competitive solicitation, 140L3920R0007, will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.5, Set-Asides for Small Business. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 115310 Support Activities for Forestry - Fuels Management Services the size standard is $20.5M (per the SBA's Table of Small Business Size Standards). A Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation package will be available electronically on or about Thursday September 3, 2020 at www.beta.sam.gov. Proposals will be due no later than Thursday September 17, 2020.
