The Bureau of Reclamation, Wyoming Area Office, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Platte County Weed and Pest for control of noxious and nuisance weeds on Reclamation lands within Platte County. Work includes performing (1) Weed Control on Glendo Reservoir, (2) Weed Control on Glendo Dam/Powerplant, (3) Weed Control on Guernsey Dam. This announcement is published as a Sole Source Notice in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561730; the business size standard is $8 million. A determination by the Government not compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The base year contract period is to be from April 2021 to March 31, 2022.
