The 9th Contracting Squadron located at Beale Air Force Base, California, 95903, is seeking information about qualified sources to provide service of Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) Coordinator for the Airman and Family Readiness Center, located in Building 2179, Beale AFB, CA 95903.

Please see the attached Performance Work Statement for further description of the requirement. Changes may be made to the PWS in any resulting Request for Quote.

No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to notify the industry of the USAF intent for contract action and to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (small business, large business, service-disabled veteran, etc.)

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 624190 for Individual and family social services, multi-purpose. The Standard Industry Code for this procurement is 8322. The small business size standard for this procurement, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $10 Million annual revenue.

The proposed contract action is anticipated to be issued as a firm-fixed price award.

This contract will be comprised of a base year with a possibility of option years. The performance period for the base year will be from 19 September 2013 to 18 September 2014; any option years will be on an annual basis thereafter at the discretion of the Government.
