This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Please provide a quote for the items listed below by 17:00 PM Central European Summer Time (CEST), Monday, 18 September 2017. All questions regarding this Request for Quote are due in writing by 17:00 PM CEST, Monday, 11 September 2017.

Questions shall be submitted via email to [email protected]. The Government has no obligation to answer any questions received after the due date and time. The Government will use Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable as the evaluation method.
