This is a is requirements-type contract with consists of only sole source items. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the items are not available and cannot be provided by the Government. However Qualification requirements have been established for these items. The items are managed by Defense Supply center Columbus, Defense Supply Center Richmond, and Defense Supply Center Philadelphia.
