The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a firm fixed price order and subsequent modifications under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-16-G-0001 to The Boeing Company of St. Louis, Missouri. The Contractor shall provide engineering change proposal (ECP) updates to technical publications, interactive electronic technical manuals (IETMs), and logistics support analysis (LSA)/provisioning in support of the F/A-18 and EA-18G aircraft. The anticipated period of performance will be calendar years 2017 and 2018. This is a follow-on delivery order previously awarded on N00019-10-G-0001-0181. This award is based on Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), whereby the supplies or services required are available from only one source, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Boeing Company is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and supplier of the F/A-18 and EA-18G aircraft and is uniquely qualified to provide the complete range of program support required by the fleet. The Boeing Company is the only known firm that possesses the technical data, resources and expertise necessary to fulfill the Government's requirements.
