The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with The Boeing Company, St. Louis, MO for assessment of the existing repair capability, production and delivery of one (1) Aileron Shroud Repair Equipment Fixture LH (P/N 74D900516-1001),one (1) Aileron Shroud Repair Equipment Fixture RH (P/N 74D900516-1002), and one (1) Aileron Shroud Repair Equipment Fixture Maintenance Set LH/RH (P/N 74D900517-1001). This procurement will also include repair capability assessment/definition, design, development, testing and production of one (1) Trailing Edge Flap Shroud Repair Equipment Fixture LH (P/N 74D900520-1001), one (1) Trailing Edge Flap Shroud Repair Equipment Fixture RH (P/N 74D900520-1002), one (1) Trailing Edge Flap Shroud Repair Equipment Fixture Alignment Set LH/RH (P/N 74D900521-1001), one (1) Inner Wing Panel Repair Equipment Fixture LH, one (1) Inner Wing Panel Repair Equipment Fixture RH, and one (1) each Inner Wing Panel Repair Equipment Fixture Alignment Set LH/RH in support of the F/A-18 E/F and EA-18G.

The Government does not have the data rights for this effort. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
