The 502d Contracting Squadron Joint Base San Antonio Fort Sam Houston (JBSA-FSH) intends to extend the period of performance (in accordance with FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services clause) of contract FA3047-12-C-0015 through 30 June 2013. This is a sole source fixed/cost contract to Altech Services, Inc. (CAGE 06TP9) for Telephone and Cable Maintenance services for JBSA-FSH which the Government awarded under the authority of FAR 6.302-2(b)(2). The period of performance is from 01 September 2012 through 30 April 2013.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The proposed contract action is for a period two months and in accordance with FA 52.217-8 and can potentially be extended through 31 August 2013 if it in the Government’s best interest.
