Description
Shaw AFB is planning to issue a construction solicitation to perform Painting/Protective Coatings. From this solicitation a firm-fixed price Requirements construction contract is to be awarded on a "Performance/Price Trade Off" Best Value basis. The performance period for this contract is expected to include a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The estimated contract magnitude for this acquisition is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The proposed procurement is set-aside strictly for South Carolina Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business concerns certified through the SBA. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 238320.
