Project Description: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking competent and qualified contractors to provide labor, equipment, tools and materials to provide a complete Fire Detection and Alarm System at the FAA Bldg. #130 Otis Air Force Base – Falmouth MA in accordance with attached Specifications, Drawings and AMS Contract Clauses. Offerors must demonstrate successful completion of at least three (3) Fire Alarm System Installation Contracts completed during the past five (5) years specifically of similar in size, complexity and scope. The contractor must be an authorized representative of one or more of the following companies: a. Edward System Technology (UTC Fire & Security) b. Notifier (a division of Honeywell International, Inc.) c. Siemens Fire Safety Systems (a division of Siemens Industry, Inc.) d. Simplex Grinnell LP (a division of Tyco International, Ltd). Estimated price range: $50,000 and $100,000.00 Performance Time: 60 Calendar Days Payment/Performance Bonds: Required Liability Insurance: $2,000,000.00 NAICS Code: 238210 - 561621 Mandatory Site Visit is scheduled for July 1, 2015 @ 10:00 A.M.
