The FAA intends to enter into a single source contract with JVN Communications, Inc. to provide comprehensive product maintenance, enhancement and engineering services for the William J. Hughes Technical Center's SDRR/RBX/FIRS/GSGT toolset. JVN Communications, Inc. is the developer of this proprietary toolset and the only known source to provide the necessary support. A competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement. If your firm does not agree with this single source determination, please provide evidence of your firm's capability and experience in providing the services outlined above and the FAA will evaluate accordingly.
