FACS Symphony A5 Laser Option w/install of Coherent G4 355nm 60mw UV laser with a Decagon, Catalog # 662081 and 2). FACS Symphony A5 laser option includes the installation of a MPB 532nm 1W green laser on a new FACS Symphony A5, Catalog # 662081. This is not a request for proposal. All responsible sources who are certified by BD Biosciences as authorized third-party resellers may submit a proposal. All responsible sources may submit a response that will be considered. This will be a firm fixed price award in accordance with the statutory authority for this sole source requirement 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 only one source available, no substitutions possible. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
