Synopsis- Washer/Dryer Lease and Maintenance

This is a presolicitation notice for the lease and maintenance of washers and dryers at Fairchild AFB,

WA. This acquisition will be solicited under solicitation number FA4620-15-R-A017. This acquisition will be solicited using FAR Parts 12, 13, and 15. The government will award a Firm-Fixed Price

requirements contract using best value.

Proposals will be evaluated on Price and Past Performance. Past Performance will be considered as approximately equal to Price. This acquisition will be set aside for small businesses only. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532210 with a small business size standard of $38.5M. The solicitation will be issued on or about 8 July 2015 on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at www.fbo.gov. The closing date and time for submission of offers will

be contained in the solicitation package but the solicitation will be publicized for a minimum of

30 days. When the solicitation is posted it is imperative interested parties review the site frequently for any updates/amendments. Paper copies will not be available. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov . Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. Payment for services will be through Wide Area Workflow, the standard DOD electronic invoicing system.

questions will be answered after the solicitation is released and the questions and answers will be available to all offerors.
