This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is TRAVF04071002; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-51 effective 16 May 2011; Defense DCN 20110511 effective 05 May 2011, and AFAC 2011-0421 effective 21 April 2011. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small-business; The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 531311 the business size standard is $2 Million. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is R799. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 6531.

Travis AFB Intends to award a purchase order for a Family Camp (FAM Camp) Manager in accordance with the attached statement of work. The period of performance will be from 1 July 2011- 30 June 2012 with four additional option years (1 july 2012 - 30 june 2013, 1 July 2013 - 30 June 2014, 1 July 2014 - 30 June 2015, and 1 July 2015 - 30 June 2016). Award for Base year plus four additional option years. Please place bids as follows.
