This procurement is being solicited under FAR Subpart 13.5 Commercial Test Program Procedures. It is coded "2-G, Fully competitive manufacturing item and solicitation is being issued "Small Business Set Aside". It is for an estimated quantity of 1956 Each of NSN: 5340-00-715-9687, with FAT requirements. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. A firm fixed -price contract is contemplated.

All offers shall be in the English language and preferably in US Dollars. Offers must be provided in a unit price including two decimal places. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.

Proposals will be evaluated to determine compliance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation. During the award evaluation process, Contractor's Past Performance will be more important than price.

The Expected Delivery is 250 days.

The anticipated award date is July 15, 2016
