The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis to MTS Systems Corp 1400 Technology Dr., Eden Paririe, MN 55344. MTS Solutions is the only source that can provide the new software modules from the OEM for the tensile test system and are fully compatible with the system now in use at China Lake. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-16-T-0278 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.Respond by mail to NAWCWD, Code 245100D, Attn: Gayle Cline, 429 E.
