The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Ft. Dix intends to issue solicitation 15BFTD23Q00000019 for the acquisition of subsistence food products. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing, FOB Destination with full delivery by July 17, 2023. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Bureau of Prisons,  Federal Correctional Institution, Ft. Dix, 5756 Hartford St, JBMDL New Jersey .

The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer, conforms to the solicitation, and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price. Past Performance (poor past performance, failure to deliver awarded items in the past, not meeting required specifications, etc.), may result with the vendors quotes being considered as a non-responsible vendor. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation. Faith based and community based organizations can submit offers/ quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The anticipated date of receipt of quotes is May 14, 2023 11:59pm EST. Payment will be made using the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or purchase card. Each vendor is required to be registered in www.SAM.gov complete with representations and certifications.
