The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Oxford, Wisconsin, intends to issue solicitation RFQP04101400001, for the requirements of QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE- (to include KOSHER) and non-edible items. This solicitation is FOB destination, delivery dates will be January 2, 2014 through January 23, 2014.
No deliveries will be accepted after January 23, 2014. All undelivered orders will be canceled and awarded to the next responsive and responsible bidder. FCI Oxford cannot accept deliveries after 2:00 pm cst on any day. FCI Oxford will not accept deliveries on any Friday or federal holiday. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, County Road G & Elk Avenue, Grand Marsh, WI 53936. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) who's offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated slightly higher than past performance. All awards $30,000 or less will be processed via government purchase card.
This solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Service's Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available, the site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring fbo.gov to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The deadline for receipt of quotes is December 13, 2013 at 4:00 PM cst. Quotes received after this date will not be considered. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Pursuant to FAR 52.204-99, each offeror is required to register via the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. This registration shall include completing the representations and certification section. Offeror shall use NAICS code 311999 when registering.
