The U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO) has a requirement to procure FDsys R1C.2 Parsers Development to support FDsys content collections. GPO intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with MMAR 6.302-1 to CITI Corp. The Software products needed for this requirement will form a portion of the GPO Federal Digital System (FDsys) Program that is already under development for the Government Printing Office by Citi Corp. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information to the Contracting Officer within 5 calendar days from the date of publication of this Synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements.
