This is a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought announcement only. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of, and to conduct market research of potentially qualified businesses who would be interested in, and capable of providing both landscaping, snow removal, and sanding services at the FEMA Region 1 Federal Regional Center (FRC) located at 63-65 Old Marlboro Road Maynard, MA 01754 on a yearly basis. FEMA Region 1 is looking to identify whether there is enough small business interest to warrant a small business set aside for these combined services in accordance with FAR 19.5 procedures. Submission of any information in response to this RFI is purely voluntary, and all responses received will be handled in accordance with FAR 15.201(e).

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFI is 561730- Landscaping Services size standard of $8.0 Million. The Government intends to issue a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Contract for a base year with the possibility for up to four (4) option years.
