FEMA will issue a request for proposal and award a contract for the acquisition for on-site Manpower services to support the operational logistics activities of the FEMA Temporary Housing Program. These activities will include, but are not limited to; receipt, storage, preventative maintenance, transportation and disposition of housing units located at FEMA facilities in Selma, AL and Cumberland, MD. The contractor shall provide the following services:

•-           - Administrative Assistance Services

•-           -  Accountable Property and Inventory Support Services

•-           - Vehicle and Equipment Support Services

•-           - Material Handling Support Services

•-           - General Labor Support Services

•-            - Transportation/Equipment Operator Services

•-           - Physical Plant Services including, but not limited to Carpentry, Plumbing, and   Electrical services.

•-           - Metal Fabrication Support Services

•-           - Contract Administration Support Services

The Period of Performance is one (1) six-month base period and two (2) twelve-month  option periods and (1) six-month option period. FAR 52.217-8, Option to extend service, will be included in the solicitation. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. The solicitation will be available in FEDBIZOPPS.

The Solicitation is going to be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned or HubZone Small Business Set-aside.
