The Regional Health Contracting Activity - Atlantic (Provisional), Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source award using other than full and open competition procedures to Hologic Limited Partnership.  The resulting award will be made on SF 1449, for commercial supplies.  Intererested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement for submit quote.  This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.  However, all quotes received after the date of publication of this will be considered by the Government.  A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  The NAICS Code is 334516.  All responses must be received by 29 August 2016, 11 AM, Eastern Standard Time, via email to Mr. Lonnie Robinson at [email protected].  There will be no response to telephone requests.
REQUIREMENT:
Contractor shall provide all products needed in order for WAMC to perform 150 Fetal Fibronectin tests per year.  This is a five year contract from the period of 1 October 2016 through 30 September 2021.  Required reagents and other testing products include Rapid fFN Cassettes, Rapid fFN Control Kits, Specimen Collection Kits, Printer Labels, Q-Cettes.
