This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 140L2220Q0004 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with an open date of February 5, 2020 and close date of February 20, 2020. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2020-04. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS 561621 and a size standard of $22.0 Million. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Farmington District Office, has a requirement in soliciting quotations on a competitive basis for qualified vendors to enter into a firm fixed price contract for fire suppression systems inspection in accordance with attached statement of work, wage determination and evaluation criteria.
