The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Fresenius USA Marketing, Inc. in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. The organization's requirement is to obtain fifteen (15) Fresenius 2008T Dialysis machine Systems with acetic acid/vinegar jugs. Fifteen (15) Fresenius 2008K Dialysis machine Systems will be traded-in. The new Fresenius 2008T Dialysis machine Systems with acetic acid/vinegar jugs will be compatible with the remaining thirty-eight (38) Fresenius Dialysis machine Systems that will remain in use. This is not a solicitation or a request for quotes. Interested parties can provide data supporting their ability to provide the requirement by 2:00 PM CST on September 15, 2011.
