NSN 5915-01-416-8113 is to be procured in accordance with approved source,
Aerocontrolex Group (98889) P/N 880204-3.

Inspection / Acceptance at Origin, FOB Origin. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program. If this acquisition is for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or has an APO/FPO ship-to address, FDT will not apply and normal procedure should be followed. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 F.O.B. Origin , Government Arranged Transportation, and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program- Shipments Origination Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). This solicitation is an RFQ and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of July 31, 2015. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Solicitation will not contain a quantity option.

Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained in Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
Reverse Auctioning: This solicitation will not contain DLAD provision 52.215-9023 for
Reverse Auction (RA).

While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
