CLARIFICATION: The Offeror may submit its sample set based on one (1) specific area to demonstrate that they have the technical competency to meet the requirement. The sample set need not encompass the entire freight rail transport system.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFP is being issued as a total small business set-aside.

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) has a requirement for ideas and innovative approaches to the development of geospatial intelligence (GEOINT), knowledge, and information. Specifically, the Government intends to procure commercially developed UNCLASSIFIED GEOINT analytic products.

The resultant contract will be firm fixed price with a period of performance of twelve (12) months. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541370 with the small business size standard of $15M.
