OSEP requires a live scan fingerprint capture and transmittal system designed to transmit data accurately and completely to the Fingerprint Transaction System (FTS) managed by OPM's Federal Investigative Services (FIS) Division. The vendor shall provide OSEP staff onsite assistance in setting up the system, training to OSEP staff on how to use the system, as well as initial confirmation that fingerprint records are transmitted accurately. Finally, OSEP requires a one-year service agreement to return the system to functioning order in the event the system fails.
