This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This announcement is being issued as REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2020-06.

Lack of active SAM registration will preclude any proposal submitted from being evaluated for award. All offerors shall include their SAM Cage Code and Duns Codes as part of their proposal in order to be considered for award.

Background: 434 EN Fire Fighting Detachment require the following trainings: Driver/Operator/Pumper, ARFF, Mobile Water Supply, Inspector I, Inspector II, Fire Officer I, Fire Officer II, Instructor I and Instructor II to be proficient and qualified in their occupation. Training shall consist of three separate courses requiring separate certifications. The course will be broken into: Course 1 (Driver/Operator/Pumper, ARFF, and Mobile Water Supply), Course 2 (Inspector I, Fire Office I, and Instructor I) and Course 3 (inspector II, Fire Officer II, and Instructor II).  

Period of Performance (PoP): The Period of Performance shall be from 10-28 August 2020 for the Fire Fighting Training.
