The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform Fire Prevention Services such as Monitoring, Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of the Fire Detection and Suppression System at the Azusa (1351 West Sierra Madre Avenue, Azusa, CA 91702), Long Beach - Redondo (2200 Redondo Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90822), Lancaster (47002 N. 45th St. W., Lancaster, CA 93536), Van Nuys (17330 Victory Blvd, Van Nuys, CA 91406), and Burbank (3800 W. Valhalla Dr. Burbank, CA 91505) Army National Guard Armories from June 2023 through May 2026, in accordance with the technical specifications. Contractor must possess a C16-Fire Protection Contractor's License and C10-Electrical Contractor. The Government Estimate for this project is $87,750.00.
