Description of Services Required:  The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District has a need for Fire Ring Custodial Service at the Rathbun Lake.  The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide weekly removal of burnt contents, debris, and trash within and adjacent to all fire rings and grills.  Included with this work are options to remove and install fire rings.  These services are necessary to support the recreational component of the Rathbun Lake Project.  Furthermore, the contract requirements listed herein are directly related to public health, sanitation and fire mitigation: therefore, it is essential that all facilities be serviced as specified herein.
