Offerors will provide one unit price per item. Standard commercial warranty will apply to all parts. If offering a comparable item, must submit all specs along with warranty and if meets NFPA fire and safety regulatios.
Price(s) should be FOB Destination. In addition to Price and delivery quote should include your cage code, DUNS Number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date for items after Receipt of Order.

IAW FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items: It is the intent of the Government to make one award for all line items. Evaluation of offers will be made on a low price technically acceptable basis. Contractor must posess the technical capability or be able to obtain the capability to provide all parts. Award will be made to the contractor who has the technical capability and offers the lowest price.
