Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Fireworks to the Georgia Southern University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. Georgia Southern University is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide a firework display at Paulson Stadium during home football games. The goal of this procurement is to issue a five year contract to the awarded contractor. The University has the authority to reject all proposals or any proposal that is non-responsive or not responsible, and to waive technicalities and informalities to award a contract that is in the best interest of the University.
