Opportunity Summary The State of Oregon, Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is requesting bids from vendors for the purchase of services for classroom training in American Heart Association Heartsaver Adult First Aid, Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation, and Automated External Defibrillator use. Training elements that are considered optional as part of the American Heart Association Heartsaver training curriculum, such as infant or child cardio pulmonary resuscitation, first aid responses to infant or child choking or the use of automated external defibrillators on non-adults are considered outside the scope of the agency's training needs and will not be required under any contract resulting from this RFQ. Bidders must be registered in ORPIN in order to download this opportunity. Bids must be received by the due date and time identified in this RFQ or unless otherwise as extended via addendum to this RFQ. Late bids will not be accepted and will be rejected.
