Description
The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and transportation, and perform all operations necessary to accomplish the renovation of the gym (Bldg 806) and the demolishing of two buildings (396 and 907) in strict accordance with the statement of work. The estimated contract magnitude for this acquisition is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The proposed procurement is set-aside strictly for South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia 8(a) Small Business concerns certified through the SBA. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 236220. The estimated date for issue of the solicitation is on or about 13 Feb 14. All interested parties must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 Alternate A. SAM can be obtained by accessing the Internet https://www.sam.gov Registration must be obtained prior to award. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed. The solicitation will be available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.fbo.gov. Offerors must register on the site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation.
