Fitness Equipment and Sporting Goods

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  The Request for Quotes (RFQ) number is title F5N3SV4120A002.  This solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set aside under the North American Industrial Classification Standard code 423910 with employees less than 100.  Products to be delivered to Westover ARB Chicopee, MA 01022. 

This request for quotes is for the fulfillment of various sporting goods.  All products  shall conform to the terms, standards and conditions of all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and best commercial practices with the focus on safety and customer service. Quotes will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.

All items requested must be the same or equal to the products found in the BSN catalog found online at http://www.bsnsports.com/catalog.  Attached items include the item # as well as page number where the item may be viewed in the BSN Sports Catalog online use link in previous sentence.

 Vendors should send links to view the dimensions and photos of their products for approval if they are not identical to the product specified.  Ensure you include how long your quote is good for and how soon after contract award you can deliver and any warranties.  Please place your bid on your company or business letterhead.  To receive an award of contract the offeror must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database which can be accessed at the website https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.  Offers shall be submitted via email NO LATER THAN 2pm EST, 9 July 2014 to [email protected].
