Subpart 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation
will not be issued. This solicitation number is FA3016-18-U-0159 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
This procurement is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates
provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-98, effective May 1, 2018 and DFARS

(NAICS) code is 339920 and the size standard is 750 employees. This is a brand name or equal requirement for
Fitness Equipment as indicated in the attached RFQ.
