FIU’s Office of Alumni Relations is seeking a vendor to provide furniture and décor rentals for 4 tailgates taking place at FIU’s MMC campus for the 2022 FIU Football Season. The dates of these tailgates are: Thursday, September 1, 2022 from 6pm-7:30pm Friday, October 14, 2022 from 7pm-8:30pm Friday, October 28, 2022 from 7pm-8:30pm Saturday, November 12, 2022 from 6pm-7:30pm The pregames will take place on FIU’s MMC Campus inside the FIU Stadium. The rental equipment pieces that are being sought include: • Five (5) 6-foot tables with appropriate navy or white linen • Ten (10) 36” high top tables with navy or white spandex linen • Ten (10) centerpieces for each high top table • 96 feet of white picket fencing to enclose the area (fencing must have breakaway points every 12 feet) • A creative football-themed vignette for guests to take fun photos
