The event spans three days and includes a talent show, a pageant, and a mid-scale concert. We’re seeking a production company to handle various aspects of the event. The chosen company should communicate effectively and ensure all necessary materials are in place for outstanding shows. It’s important to note that this is a student-run production, not a typical arena event. Pyrotechnics are not allowed, and a mobile stage is required. Event Details: 1. Talent Show (PGT): o Date: September 15, 2024 o Time: 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (setup at 6:00 a.m.) o Requirements: Sound and lighting 2. Homecoming Pageant: o Date: September 16, 2024 o Time: 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. (no equipment move from the show on the 15th) o Requirements: Sound and lighting 3. Uncaging Event (where the mid-scale concert will occur): o Date: September 19, 2024 o Time: Sound, lighting, and stage (indoor & outdoor) o Setup: Possible outdoor set-up the day before, indoor stage on the day of the event We currently do not have technical riders available but once we obtain them we will make sure the company is updated.
