The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center intends to enter into a Contract for
Provide SAN Hardware and Software Maintenance for the following FLETC sites- Glynco (Brunswick) Georgia, Artesia New Mexico, and Charleston South Carolina.  THIS REQUIREMENT IS A 100% HubZone Set-Aside; only qualified HubZone Small Business vendors should apply.  The respective SANs and serial numbers are as follows : Glynco CX3-40 (serial #APM00062802918), Artesia CX3-80 (serial #APM00071801420), Glynco CX500 (serial # APM00044202473), and Charleston CX500 (serial # APM00043001778). Maintenance must be performed by a certified EMC Engineer. SAN Hardware and Software maintenance coverage is required 7 days a week, 365 days a year. A four hour response time is required for FLETC Glynco and Charleston sites; a Next-Business day response time is required for Artesia New Mexico location. Maintenance support includes remote software phone support and on-site software/firmware upgrades. Software support is PREMIUM sofware support.  The complete delivery locations for each site is as follows- FLETC Glynco, 2400 Glynco Parkway, Glynco (Brunswick) Georgia; FLETC Charleston, 2000 Bainbridge Ave, Charleston South Carolina; FLETC Artesia, 1300 West Richey Ave, Artesia New Mexico. The required period of performance shall be October 13, 2008 to September 30, 2008. Services are to be billed monthly upon completion of services rendered.

Response to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is required no later than October 8, 2008. This requirement is subject to the availability of funds, in accordance with FAR 52.232-18. This is an "all or none" requirement; offerors must provide a quote for all items/sites. Offerors must identify the request for quote number (HSFLGL-09-Q-00027) the name of the requirement "SAN Maintenance", and the Contracting Officer (Pat Solberg) on responses provided.
