The U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), Product Lead TADSS Support Operations (PL TSO), PdL Turn Key Training Services (PdL TKTS) has a requirement for contractor-provided training simulation services for high fidelity UH-72A, UH-60L, UH-60M, CH-47F, AH-64E Instrument and Operational Flight Training systems. An additional suite of medium fidelity Reconfigurable Collective Training Devices with UH-60M, CH-47F, and AH-64D/E capabilities will support the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence’s (USAACE) Professional Military Education courses. The FSTSS requirements will also include a training support/management oversight capability. All of the flight simulators will be owned, operated and maintained by the Contractor. The number, type, functionality, fidelity and availability of the flight simulators is based on student throughput, training schedules, and individual/crew and collective training program of instruction requirements prescribed by USAACE.

Comments and questions shall ONLY be provided to Contract Specialist Laura Parsons at [email protected] and [email protected], Contract Specialist Keith Adams at [email protected] and [email protected], AND to Contracting Officer Marvin Hagan at [email protected] and [email protected], no later than 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), on 10 JAN 2022 with the full solicitation number, W900KK-22-R-0003, within the subject line. Questions and comments submitted prior to this time will be accepted and are highly encouraged. Questions and Comments via phone will NOT be accepted.
In accordance with submission instructions outlined in Section L.2 of the solicitation, Proposal Submission Requirements, proposals for solicitation W900KK-22-R-0003 shall be received by the designated Government official no later than 04:00 PM EST, on 02 FEB 2022. This solicitation does not obligate the Government to make an award.
NOTE 1 - It is highly encouraged for interested Offerors to submit the signed Distribution Agreement (Attachment J10a) and the completed Security Vetting Form (Attachment J10b) as soon as possible to ensure early receipt of the Ft. Rucker Facilities Specifications and Air Traffic Control Program of Instruction, provided in support of this Solicitation.
